Google Chrome browser was updated yesterday to version 17.0.963.78 on Windows, Macs and Linux by Chrome Team. Just two days before, Chrome was updated to the version 17.0.963.66 .This release fixes issues with Flash games and videos, along with the security fix listed below.
This update came to public because of the hack at Pwn2Own hacker contest.In the hacker contest Chrome hacked and the person who hacked the chrome took home $60,000 in the process. The hack has been confirmed on Twitter by Justin Schuh, a Google security team member.More details here.
