According to recent reports by Reuters ,Today Nokia Design Chief is confirmed that they are working on new Tablet (Windows 8) . This is the first time Nokia has officially confirmed that they working on a product like Windows 8 Tablet. This Reuters report has been picked up from Ahtisaari’s revelation in an interview for Finnish newspaper Kauppalehti, which was published in its monthly ‘Optio’ (or Option) magazine.
A company’s spokesman also talked about the tablet plans,but he also added ,
“We continue to eye the tablet space with interest, but have made no specific announcements”.
Nokia was already in the process of designing a new 10.1-inch Windows 8 Tablet. This Windows 8 tablet would use a dual-core Qualcomm processor and launch before the end of the year.
Nokia CEO Stephen Elop has also said that
The company is very much interesting to the Tablet Market , but now we have not developing any own iPad challenger.
