Microsoft today released a new theme titled “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never” for Windows 7.
Justin Bieber is a Canadian singer and actor. He was discovered on YouTube back in 2008 and then, as they say, the rest is history.

The theme packs in four high-resolution wallpapers.
