How the sleep disorder occur?
Many researches suggest that blue light before sleep may distort your natural (circadian) rhythm and cause inability to fall asleep. I also have this problem, and have consulted the doctor. He advised me the simple solution but hard for me that is to avoid viewing the computer or smartphone before bed to cure this sleep disorder.
The recent studies also described that This problem has been shown an average person reading on a tablet or smart phone for a couple of hours before bed time may find their sleep delayed by about an hour.
How to get Deep Sleep?
To overcome this problem, I’ve searched for the better solution to avoid this sleep problem and eye strain. I’ve found the new software “F.lux” which changes the computer screen brightness based on the time of the day. F.lux considerably reduces the eye strain and late sleep in a small amount of time.
Like F.lux for computer, Twilight is the App for Android Smartphones. This app adjusts the screen brightness based on the time of the day. It filters the blue spectrum in the Tablet and Phone after sunset and protects your eyes with a soft and pleasant red filter. This app calculates your local time and adjusted the filter settings based on that. If it is late evening, the blue light will be filtered and red spectrum will be shown in the display.
Download and install this app from Play store. This app will show red filter in the sunset time, and the bright screen will be displayed at the Sunrise time. I prevents the hard blue light and shows the pleasant light to your eyes. In the initial days, you may find some difficulty. It will get better when you get used to it.
